A separate bedroom behind a door, a living room that fits a proper sofa, and floor-to-ceiling glass along one wall. The default for a couple, or a solo trip that runs a week.

Breakfast-bar seating, a full kitchen and a balcony. The den takes a second bed or a desk — the one people book when the trip runs past a weekend.

An open kitchen running into the living room, with bedrooms off either side so nobody is sleeping in the lounge. Comfortable for a family, or two couples splitting a downtown week.

The questions we get asked most.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 4:00pm to 11:00pm, and checkout is before 11:00am. Early check-in and late checkout are often possible and are free when the suite allows it — just ask in advance rather than on the day, so we can hold the cleaning schedule around you.
How do I get in? Is anyone meeting me?
No front desk and no waiting around for a key. Your arrival instructions come through before you travel — building entry, the suite, and where to leave the car if you have one.
Is there parking?
Parking is usually available at $35 a night, by advance request and subject to space. Tell us when you book rather than on arrival, as it is not always free on short notice.
What is actually in the suite?
A full kitchen with cookware, dishes and everything you need to cook a real meal, an in-suite washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV you can sign into with your own accounts, heating and air conditioning, fresh linen and towels, and a balcony or outdoor space in most suites.
Are pets allowed? Can I smoke?
No pets, and no smoking anywhere in the suite or the building — including balconies. Parties and events are not allowed either; these are homes in a residential building and the neighbours live there year-round.
Will you ask for ID?
Sometimes, yes. For security and verification we may ask for valid government-issued ID before arrival. It protects the suite, the building and you.
How long can I stay?
Anything from a couple of nights to several months. Relocations, contracts and month-plus stays are priced on the length of the stay rather than a nightly rate with a token discount — tell us the dates and we will quote properly.
